The purpose of this occasion is to

promote Pattaya tourism, 

to support the Implementation of Royally-initiated and 

other development project, 

to create a human rights awareness, 

to promote a positive 

transvestite image internationally.

I personally think that it's not wrong to change oneself from a man to woman. 

However, of course for every situation there is always pro & cons. 

              Some people just don't appreciate women's right.

  As when they transfer 

themselves into 

 a woman,

  they don't behave like one.
